Good location and nice mountain view room

I lost a pair of shoes there, when I realized it the next day, I called back to the hotel but could not found it.......

Cleanliness, comfort, staff kindness... ammenities..

I had to pay 10US daily + taxes for Internet access and that access could only be used for one computer, no matter I had 2 computers.... and I asked a couple (with 2 computers) about this, and they had to pay for each computer..

The friendly staff, especially Claudia, helped resolve a courier issue seamlessly, ensuring our stay was stress-free. The hotel's location is perfect with numerous shopping options right next door.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, offered to visit some nice places. There were good beds and tea and coffee making equipment, a writing desk, and an ironing set in the superior room.

The staff was warm and cute. The room was super clean. The location was perfect, near family and shops. I'll definitely return 😊

I stayed at the NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro for two nights and really enjoyed the large size of the rooms. The two-room suite offered a nice separation between the living area and the bedroom. The bathroom felt modern, with a separate tub and walk-in shower which was great. I found the floors in the room to be a bit dusty. It was surprising since I expected a cleaner environment. The staff was mostly friendly, but I had a frustrating experience at check-in. Initially, I was given a room that wasn't what I booked, and it took some effort to get the correct king-size bed. I eventually got upgraded to a suite, but I had to deal with maintenance for a shower issue, which took 30 minutes to resolve. The hotel's location is really handy, being right next to a mall. It's a comfortable hotel but needs some attention to detail in housekeeping to enhance the stay.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, great location. The mall nearby offers plenty of shopping options and it's convenient for quick errands.

Staying here with my three grandkids was fantastic! The location was super convenient, just a hop away from the mall where we could pick up snacks or fun stuff. The room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, and my grandkids loved the pool area!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options on-site.

The room was recently renovated with awesome mountain views. Staff responded quickly to our request for a cot. Parking is super easy in the mall garage below, just $7 USD per night with validation. We even left our bags behind the front desk after checkout for free!

I had a pleasant stay, thoroughly enjoying the gorgeous mountain view from my upgraded room and the good breakfast variety each morning. The prompt service when I needed a cot was impressive, though the door to the bathroom was a bit low on its hinges.

The recently renovated room offered a fine view of the mountains, complemented by helpful staff who promptly added a cot when requested. The air conditioning was noisy, and there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom and furnishings. The restaurant ambiance felt impersonal, and the lack of proper water supply in the fitness center was disappointing.
